    By accessing, using, browsing or booking on this site you agree that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and you agree to comply with all applicable laws, rules and regulations.

    Further, we may change this Site at any time without notice by adding or removing features or services. This will be without liability to you. We reserve the right to withdraw offers and discounts at any time and at our discretion.  Whilst every effort has been made to ensure the accuracy of the information presented, we do not warrant that the information accessible via this Site is accurate and assumes no duty to update such information. We do not accept liability for any errors or omissions.

    This contract is subject to the law of England and Wales. All disputes arising out of this contract shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. Those who access the site from other locations are responsible for compliance with their local laws and taxes as applicable. Any disputes not resolved by normal complaints procedure will be resolved exclusively in the courts of England and Wales under English Law.

    Planet Bofa Ltd may gather data, but only in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998. Any information about you (such as that requested on any forms) will be used only to send you the information you have requested. Any data is distributed only within Planet Bofa Ltd and to no other external organisations. Planet Bofa Ltd has a privacy statement for all clients. All personal details that you give us are securely stored. Our card details are processed by Cardnet Merchant Services and as such we are never in possession of your card details. We do not, nor ever intend to, supply or sell customers details to any outside organisation. We will endeavour to take all reasonable care, in so far as it is possible to do so, to keep all details of any orders and payments secure, but, in the absence of negligence on our part we cannot be held liable for any loss you may suffer if a third party procures unauthorised access to any data you provide when accessing or ordering.

  5. Conditions of Use - Copyright
    Registered members may save and print individual items included on this Site. However this must be for your personal, non-commercial use only. Any other onward distribution or further publication is prohibited. Schools, teaching establishments, tutoring groups, other organisations or individuals wishing to make use of the questions must adhere to the strict rules of copyright.

    Planet Bofa Ltd shall have no liability to you for any failure to deliver goods you have ordered or any delay in doing so or for any damage or defect to goods delivered that is caused by any event or circumstance beyond its reasonable control.

    Subject to any relevant consumer protection legislation including our obligation under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling Regulations) to give you a refund, if you cancel your contract, if we do not perform the contract within 30 days or other agreed timescale our liability for any breach of these terms and conditions shall be limited to the value of the goods ordered by you in the relevant transaction.

    Planet Bofa Ltd does not sell products for purchase by children. We sell children's products for purchase by adults. If you are under 18, you may use planetbofa.com only with the involvement of a parent or guardian.

  11. Refunds
    Under the EU Distance Selling Directive provided you must return the Planet Bofa User Names and Passwords to within 7 days of registration and the refund will be made by cheque payable to the card holder, sent to the address of the card holder.
  12. Value Added Tax - VAT
    VAT is liable to all any customer who belongs inside the EU. If you are not Liable for UK VAT then you must declare this prior to purchase. Details can be found at www.hmrc.gov.uk. Your evidence is required to show that you are not liable to UK VAT or resident outside the EU. VAT No: GB 898015391.

Privacy Policy

Use of email addresses
Planet Bofa Ltd uses the email addresses entered at registration to inform the recipients about the progress being made by the student and to advise of further suitable learning tools. These addresses may be removed or edited at any time by the consumer on the website when logged on to the BOFA login page.

Use of addresses
Planet Bofa Ltd uses the addresses to send any hard products purchased and refunds.

  

Security of information
We do not share the information we collect with any other organisations.

 

Consent
By using our Website you therefore consent to the collection and use of your personal information by Planet Bofa Ltd as detailed in this privacy policy. The consumer has the right to a full refund for any or all of the products purchased within 14 days provided that the pupil has not successfully logged on to the website using their BOFA username and BOFA password and accessed the product. During the use of the Online Assessments, Planet BOFA will advise each party about the most appropriate products according to the learning progress. Planet BOFA may send emails advertising other products which may be of little relevance and if so please accept our apologies. If this becomes an issue go to Edit my account and do not tick the box at the bottom of the page.

Security
The purchase area of our site is hosted by Protx and is secure. This means it utilises industry-standard Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology to allow for the encryption of potentially sensitive information such as your name, address and other critically sensitive information like your credit card details.

 

No credit card information is stored on our own servers.
